Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Tonghuan Inflatables. We manufacture and export custom inflatable products for commercial projects, outdoor events, amusement parks, water parks, emergency use, advertising displays and other professional applications.
Because most of our products are custom made according to the customer’s size, color, logo, layout, structure or project requirements, our return and refund policy is different from standard retail products. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom-Made Products
Most inflatable products supplied by Tonghuan Inflatables are made to order. Once production has started, the product is manufactured according to the confirmed design, drawing, size, material, color, logo and other order details approved by the customer.
For this reason, customized products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Wrong size or design confirmed by the customer

Customer no longer needs the product
-
Color or layout changes requested after production
-
Product not suitable due to incorrect information provided by the customer

Any non-quality-related reason
We strongly recommend that customers carefully check and confirm all product details before production begins.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
We accept returns, repairs, replacements or other after-sales solutions only when the product has a confirmed quality defect or damage caused by production, material or transportation issues.
If you receive a product with a possible defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide the following information:

Order number or invoice number

Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Photos of the packaging if the product was damaged during shipping

A description of the issue and how it affects product use
After receiving the information, our team will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
3. Available Solutions
Depending on the actual situation, we may provide one or more of the following solutions:

Technical guidance for repair or installation

Free repair materials or accessories

Replacement parts or components
-
Partial remake of the affected part

Product exchange for confirmed major defects

Partial refund or full refund in special confirmed cases
The final solution will depend on the product type, defect condition, use situation and order terms.
4. Return Requirements
If a return is approved by our team, the product must meet the following conditions:

The return request must be approved in writing before shipment

The product must be returned with all main parts and accessories

The product must not be intentionally damaged, misused or modified

The product must be packed properly to avoid further damage during return shipping

The customer must follow our return instructions
Products returned without prior written approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Cost
For confirmed quality defects caused by our production or material problems, Tonghuan Inflatables will discuss a reasonable after-sales solution with the customer, which may include repair parts, replacement components or other support.
For returns caused by customer reasons, incorrect order information, misuse, improper storage, wrong installation, unauthorized modification or non-quality-related issues, return shipping costs and related fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
International return shipping costs for large inflatable products can be high, so we usually recommend repair, replacement parts or partial remake as the preferred solution whenever possible.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

Product has been used improperly

Product has been damaged by sharp objects, fire, chemicals or incorrect storage

Product has been modified or repaired without our approval

Product damage is caused by incorrect installation or operation

Product damage is caused by extreme weather, misuse or abnormal working conditions

Normal wear and tear after use

Customer-approved custom size, color, logo or design is later considered unsuitable

Product is returned without prior written approval
7. Order Cancellation
Before production starts, customers may contact us to request order changes or cancellation. If raw materials, design work, printing, cutting or production preparation has already started, related costs may be deducted from any refundable amount.
Once production has started, customized orders usually cannot be cancelled.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, we will process it through the original payment method or another agreed method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or international payment channel.
Any bank charges, transaction fees or currency exchange differences may be handled according to the actual order situation and agreement between both parties.
9. Warranty and Online Support
Tonghuan Inflatables provides after-sales support for our products. Warranty terms may vary depending on product category, material, usage environment and order agreement.
We also provide long-term online technical support, including product use guidance, repair suggestions, maintenance advice and accessory support.
